Privacy Policy

The short version

  • This website uses no cookies and no third-party trackers.
  • The Warden product processes all data locally on your hardware.
  • We collect your email only if you join the waitlist, and use it only for Warden updates.

This website

No cookies

This site sets zero cookies. There is no cookie banner because there are no cookies to consent to. We don't use session cookies, tracking cookies, or any other kind.

No third-party analytics

No Google Analytics. No Meta Pixel. No Hotjar. No FullStory. No Heap. No Mixpanel. No Segment. When analytics are added, they will be via self-hosted Plausible — cookieless, GDPR-compliant, and open source. We will never use a tracker that sends your browsing data to a third party.

No third-party fonts

All fonts are self-hosted. Zero requests to Google Fonts or any external font CDN. You can verify this in your browser's Network tab.

Content Security Policy

Every response from this site includes a strict Content Security Policy header that blocks unauthorized scripts. Only our own code and a small number of explicitly allowlisted services (Stripe for payments, Sentry for error tracking) can execute. You can inspect the Content-Security-Policy header on any response to verify.

Hosting

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare's standard infrastructure logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL) are retained per Cloudflare's privacy policy. We do not add any additional tracking or logging beyond what Cloudflare provides by default.

The Warden product

All processing happens on your Warden Hub. Identity data, automation policies, sensor readings, and zone detection — none of it leaves your home network.

No cloud accounts are required. No telemetry is sent. The Hub does not phone home.

Cryptographic identity keys are generated and stored on the Fob's hardware secure element. They never leave the chip — not to the Hub, not to a cloud server, not to us. The private key material is physically non-extractable.

We plan to make the Hub firmware available for audit. A security product that asks for trust without offering transparency is making a marketing claim, not a security guarantee.

Waitlist data

If you join the waitlist, we store your email address and (optionally) your first name. This data is stored in a database with Row Level Security — access is restricted at the database engine level, not just in application code.

We use your email only to send Warden product updates. We do not share it with third parties. We do not sell it. We do not use it for advertising.

You can request deletion of your waitlist data at any time by emailing hello@wardenllc.com.

Deposits

If you place a refundable deposit, payment is processed by Stripe. Warden does not store, see, or have access to your card number. Stripe's privacy policy applies to all payment data: stripe.com/privacy.

We store only the Stripe session ID and deposit status in our database, linked to your email address. This data is used solely to track your place in the pre-order queue.
